Hope everyone is having a great Easter! I bought a little bit of an Urban Outfitters haul recently during their big sale and picked up this skirt and bag. I've been wanting a pleated pleather skirt for the longest time, and had the bag pinned onto my wishlist too, so when it went on sale I knew I had to snap it up! Speaking of my wishlist, I have really been getting into Pinterest lately (such a huge time suck!) so if any of you gals would like to pin with me, I'm here!
I thought I'd go for a lady-like vibe with this outfit by pairing the pleated skirt with this rounded-collar top (which you may remember from this post) and some timeless suede pumps by Modern Vintage. Of course, I can never tip too far over on the lady-like scale, so the shirt is sheer, the bag is studded and blinged out, and the skirt is pleather, obviously. My way of putting some trendy modern touches on a classic look. What do you think of this look?
Pleated leatherette skirt, Urban Outfitters (another similar option here). Sheer collared sleeveless blouse, Tobi. Bralette, Brandy Melville. Ankle-strap pumps, Modern Vintage. Bow bracelet, Jewelmint.
