fringe on fringe

I think I've been forever turned off from shopping at those sketchy online retailers based in China after a few mishaps combined with the sheer inconvenience of paying more than the value of an item to return it internationally. I will admit, however, that there were a few hits among the many misses experienced before I decided to swear off these sites, this vest being one of them (previously worn here). Weighing virtually nothing, it's the perfect pretty layering piece to throw on when the weather heats up, as it is currently! Something about the hot weather just makes me feel like breaking out my fringes and feathers.
