Winter Waves

It seems a bit odd that while most of the country is experiencing an "Arctic cold wave," Los Angeles seems to be experiencing something of a heat wave this week. Just when I was really starting to appreciate the cold weather too! But I guess I can't complain too much about the opportunity to bare some legs and toes. I've seen so many bloggers wearing white after Labor Day that I can't even call it a trend anymore. I think it feels completely natural to wear white in the winter, just like any other color. So while Missguided offered this super cute plaid skirt* in both black and white colorways, I found myself gravitating toward the white despite the season. And it's probably the closest I'll be getting to a "white winter" this year!

*I got the skirt in my normal size, a US4, and it runs pretty big. So if you decide to get it, size down!
