toughen it up
Speaking of little white dresses, here is one of my favorites by Motel. It's super easy and breezy to throw on by itself but I felt like accessorizing a little more so I toughened it up with an army shirt that I cut into a vest. And of course, I love my tribal prints so I wore it with my favorite Pendleton messenger bag (which I usually use to carry my laptop) and some of my favorite jewelry. Also, I took this opportunity to break in the red-orange Dolce Vita booties I bought a couple of months back and thought I'd try to match my lipstick to my shoes by using MAC's "So Chaud" on my lips (which I actually don't like and don't recommend at all, it's the only one of my lipsticks that really likes to transfer itself onto my teeth for some reason).
Sheer white button-up dress, Motel. Army vest, DIY from a Threadsence shirt. Belt, Rose Bowl flea market. Red-orange boots, Dolce Vita. Ear cuff, ModCloth. Triple connector ring, Forever 21. Arabian nights hand chain bracelet, Jewelmint. Tribal cuff bracelet, Precious Hands (via Planet Blue). Other bracelets, H&M/flea market finds.
