Much to the dismay of many who have to see me regularly (cough, boyfriend), I have been LIVING in these monk-strapped oxfords ever since I got them (definitely best purchase ever). Maybe it's one of those man-repelling looks that boys just don't get, but I can't help wearing them all the time, they seem to suit all my recent outfits so well and are so easy to slip in and out of. Paired with an oversized blazer and my favorite jeans of the moment (the perfect brownish-plum and a slight metallic sheen), I thought my outfit had a nice East-coast/collegiate vibe that made me nostalgic for my college days.
