Winter Beach Day


Pictures from a gloomy day spent at the beach. Dreary weather always tempts me succumb to full-on frumpiness. On this particular day, I gave in. This grandma cardigan from Olive & Oak is the comfiest, thick and not scratchy at all. Even though the weather was hardly on our side, we had a blast riding electric bikes around Santa Monica and Venice, which was pleasingly devoid of tourists for once. It was actually quite pleasant living life without a car for a bit, and the area is quite bicycle-friendly so we had no problems finding a place to lock it up as we grabbed brunch at the Tasting Kitchen (yum~!) I could've zoomed all the way up to Malibu on that electric bike; unfortunately the cold weather deterred me from doing so.

      I used a wide angle adapter on a lens with a wider threading. So instead of using a step up adapter I had to a step down...creates the ring around the photos.

      Have you tried your wide angle adapter yet? :-)

      Yep! I've tried it and it's so cool! Haven't had a chance to use it on taking photos of things outside my room yet, so I'm looking forward to summer holidays for some time to take photos. Any tips?
