What's more romantic than some soft pink pleats for Valentine's Day? My boyfriend and I actually don't celebrate Valentine's day on February 14th 'cause we like to avoid the madness, but we "observe" it on Leap Day (or February 28th if it's not a Leap year!) instead as our own special little private Valentine's day. Plus that allows us to buy each other Valentine's stuff on sale!
Nevertheless, this time of year does get me in a more feminine mood. It's impossible not to be influenced by all the pink hearts and flowers and romantic commercials (which I have to admit, I am a sucker for!) How pretty is this statement necklace by SLATE?
