Fresh Kicks: Nike Air Max Thea

I have a few pairs of Nike gym shoes but wanted a pair I could dedicate exclusively to casual-wear. Like the Roshe and the Juvenate, the Air Max Thea is a technically a "lifestyle" shoe (despite resembling running shoes, they are in fact casual sneakers). I had previously purchased a pair of black Nike Frees hoping they would be able to double as casual shoes, but found them to be a bit too clunky and wide (I have the 2013 5.0 style). I love how the Air Max Thea has a narrower profile and a thick sole with the signature pocket of air--height-boosting and super comfortable! Very happy with this purchase and looking forward to wearing them while running errands or traveling or any other time I just want my feet to be super comfy.

Notes about the Air Max Thea:
This style is known to run small, but I ended up getting my usual size for Nikes which is a full size bigger than my normal size. I like a roomier fit for sneakers/athletic shoes so that I can slip my feet in and out easily without having to redo the laces. A lot of reviewers have complained about these shoes hurting their feet, but so far I haven't experienced any discomfort. The back of the shoe is pretty stiff (which I really like actually) and I could see how it could potentially be uncomfortable if the shoe didn't fit right, but I think that is likely more of a fit issue.
